Having worked for others in customer service and finance, principal and founder Sandi Sharma decided she could offer clients a better service by working for herself. Sandi achieves superior outcomes for her clients by focusing on personalized service to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.

About Sandi Sharma - Principal

Sandi's busy and varied working life has given her a strong insight into how finance works in different situations, and first hand experience that goals can be reached with the right planning and effort. For over ten years, she worked alongside accountants and helped in various office management and customer service roles and has also held leadership roles in church administration. Helping people realize and work towards their vision keeps Sandi motivated.

"Whether it is someone buying their first home,  an aggressive investor buying their 12th property, someone needing to consolidate their debts to make life a little easier, or an elderly couple wanting to enjoy their retirement years and needing the cash to do so...it is all very rewarding."

In her spare time, Sandi works alongside Compassion Australia, as a volunteer advocate to help find sponsors, for children in third world countries.

She and her whole family are also dedicated team players at their local church in Hoxton Park, Sydney.

Sandi is a Full Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL).

Sandi lives in Horningsea Park, Sydney, where she is also a keen property investor and also runs a boutique recruitment company. She is currently on the verge of starting up a breakfast club for the unemployed and will be organizing wealth creation seminars to educate the public on the possibilities. Sandi believes in practicing it before she dishes it out to others.

 Xtreme Investor, like all finance brokers, is paid a commission by the lenders upon the sale of the loan. However, that is where the similarity ends. Instead of the commission being fully absorbed by Xtreme Investor, we donate 0.05% of the borrowed amount of the received monies to a registered charity or not for profit organizations as selected by the borrower. The donation is made by Xtreme Investor to the Charity/ Not for Profit Organisation as selected by our clients. It's our way of putting something back into the community.
